Event Application Guidelines & Responsibilities *

Once your meeting or event is approved, a $200 security deposit may be required, which is refundable if all rules (see below) are followed. As the event/meeting host, you are responsible for providing: -Supplies: Food, beverages, catering, ice, serving ware, plasticware, napkins, plates, cups, utensils, paper goods. -Vendors: Coordination of catering, rentals, deliveries, setup, and breakdown. -Permits: Any required ATC permits (if serving alcohol). -Labor: All setup, event management, and cleanup. You also agree to the following: -Setup and return space to original condition. -Remove trash to designated area. -Ensure no equipment or furnishings are damaged. -Maintain appropriate noise levels (no disruption to members or businesses nearby). -Comply with all local fire code, occupancy, and safety rules. -Ensure no event activities extend beyond agreed rental hours. -No children under 18. Liability, Damages, and Insurance Hosts assume full responsibility for guests, vendors, and their property. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations will result in fees and/or loss of deposit. Palette is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damages. Hosts are encouraged to obtain event insurance for larger events. Additional Policies Cleaning: Education space requires a $100 cleaning fee. Excessive mess in other rooms may result in charges. Cancellations: Must be received in writing at least 7 days prior for refund. Less than 7 days results in loss of deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of event results in $150 fine. 3 cancelations within 90 days results in loss of booking privileges. Staffing: Palette is not required to provide staff during events. Emergency Procedures: Exit maps posted in each room. Host responsible for ensuring all guests exit safely in emergencies.
