On Saturday, February 28 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, one of our Palette members, Dr. Jason O'Rear of Limitless Chiropractic, is hosting an Empowered Birth Class at his Mandeville office, led collaboratively by midwife Grace Jackson of Grace Midwifery.
This free class is designed to help expecting mothers feel informed, confident, and supported as they prepare for birth. They'll break down the three essentials of an easier, more empowered birth:
✨Power — Understanding how your contractions work with your body
✨ Passage — How pelvic alignment, mobility, and the nervous system support influence labor
✨ Passenger — How your baby’s position and movement play a key role in birth
You’ll learn how these three elements work together and how to prepare your body, your birth plan, and your support team to create the birth experience you dream of!
