As a member of Palette, you are part of a diverse and vibrant community of professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs. These standards are designed to ensure that every member can work, connect, and thrive in an environment rooted in respect, accountability, and shared purpose.
1. Respect the Community
Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and kindness.
Embrace diversity of background, identity, thought, and perspective.
Avoid disruptive behavior, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
2. Maintain a Professional Atmosphere
Be mindful of noise levels in shared areas (use headphones for calls/media).
Reserve private rooms in advance and respect the posted time limits.
Keep conversations and behavior appropriate for a professional setting.
3. Respect Shared Spaces and Resources
Clean up after yourself—leave shared spaces better than you found them.
Do not remove shared equipment, furniture, or supplies from common areas.
Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly to the management team.
4. Security and Confidentiality
Do not share access credentials or allow non-members to use your key/code.
Respect the confidentiality of others and work and conversations.
Secure your own belongings and be mindful of the security of the space.
5. Use of Space and Guest Policy
Guests are welcome in designated areas; please check them in at the front desk
and remain with them during their visit.
Do not use the space for unauthorized events, commercial sales, or large
meetings without prior approval.
6. Alcohol, Substances, and Wellness
Alcohol may be consumed responsibly at designated events only.
No use or possession of illegal drugs is permitted on the premises.
Please help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all.
7. Collaboration Over Competition
Support and uplift fellow members whenever possible.
Foster a spirit of connection, not solicitation—respect boundaries.
Use community boards and events for mutual benefit, not personal promotion
only.
8. Accountability
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or
termination of membership.
We are committed to fair and constructive resolution, and encourage open
communication if issues arise.
